Menus and Printable Grocery Lists

Menus and printable grocery lists for this week. We'll enjoy barbecued chicken, chicken fettuccine alfredo, and crispy oven fried fish and some great Banana Split Trifle from my blogging friend, Lynn. Check it out. To print these menus, you may need to highlight and copy to a word document and then print them. I don't know why this is sometimes a problem, but it sure beats the hours of preparing them yourselves. Make sure and check for ingredients you may already have on hand and you can save even more money at the store. I am always surprised at how cheap it can be to feed our family well! Don't forget to add your breakfast and lunch and snack items that your family likes.

  1. Amy,
I got your email about request month and I also bought the cookbook you use ( mine was old as the hills, so it was time ) Do you want us to request a menu plan for one day or a whole week ???

Thanks also for following my kitchen blog too...I was thinking of retiring it because of lack of traffic but I think I'll have a giveaway instead and keep it going for now.

  3. Lynn, I hope you can still follow with the new book. I have an old one, too. I don't know if the pages correlate.

Of course I mentioned another recipe of yours. I had to. It looked really good. I wanted to try it.

As far as requests go, you can request a single menu item or a whole bunch, I'll just work them in. Don't worry too much about side dishes unless you know of something that goes well together.

  5. Sounds great. I think I need to order a new one as well. I just found out the pages don't correlate with the new one. Mine is from 1996.
