Printable Grocery Lists

Printable grocery lists for this week and menus to match are ready to go. Print yours now and go shopping. These printable grocery lists are free to use. The recipes come from my favorite cook book, which is the Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook.

Day 1: Tortilla Black Bean Casserole p. 63 (topped with Tomatoes, Lettuce, Sour Cream, and Olives,) Corn, Peaches

Day 2: Basil Buttered Salmon Steaks p. 241, Lemon Slices, Rice, Broccoli

Day 3: Meat Loaf p. 332, Baked Potatoes, Peas, Apple Pie

Day 4: Rainbow Rotini with Cheese Sauce p. 360, Peas, Apple Pie

Day 5: Tacos p. 330, Corn Bread, Mixed Veggies, Pears

Day 6: Honey Glazed Chicken Stir-Fry p. 395, Rice, Pineapple Slices

Day 7: Roast Beef, Potatoes, Carrots, Onions (crockpot) Baked Apples

8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese

1/2 C. Sour Cream
1 lb. Butter
2 Dozen Eggs
3 Gallons Milk
3 lbs. Ground Beef
24 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
4 lbs. Beef Roast

Apple Juice (sub for beer in rotini recipe)
Orange Juice
8 Salmon Steaks (1" thick or about 3 lbs.)
Pie Crust (or make your own)
Broccoli

Peas
Mixed Vegetables
Stir-fry Vegetables

Check to be sure you have: cumin, garlic, basil, tarragon, sage, thyme, oregano, dillweed, flour, chili powder, salt, hot sauce, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, corn starch, oil, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, BREAKFAST, SNACK and LUNCH ITEMS
